While the products I received I am very impressed with the quality I was very disappointed to find one of the pairs I had ordered had been refunded (not received yet) after the shipment had gone out as if your customer service had notified me of this product being out of stock I would have changed colours as theses were to be a family Easter present. Very disappointed with the customer service
