We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t right, that’s why we offer 30 day returns for all orders.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Products must be in original condition Unworn, undamaged and unmarked (no toe/ foot impressions)
  • In its original condition and in the original packaging with all the labelling
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days from he date of the purchase. If you qualify for a return, you need to contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation. Once you have the authorisation, please post the items back for a refund. is not liable for the postage costs of returning products.

All  refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee. 

Do to health regulations we are not able to exchange or refund worn products, sheepskin rugs,  or cowhide rugs.

Please keep in mind we offer 30 day returns only. does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

All footwear sold on UGG Boots Australia offers a 3 month manufactures warranty from date of purchase and applies to defective materials and workmanship. In the event that you find your purchase is carrying a manufacturing fault, please contact the site via email with your order information and images of the issue in question

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

Please note that  if you wish to expedite your exchange you can do this by placing a new order and return the original product for a refund.

Depending on the method of delivery used, it can take up to 10 working days for your returned goods to arrive at the warehouse. Once the goods have been received, they will be accessed to see if they are eligible for a refund, this process can take further 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund is approved and it will then be processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will appear in your account approximately 2-7 business days after it has been processed.

If we receive products and assess them as not being eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge – AU$10 for Australian returns and AU$55 for International returns. All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 30 days we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
