Buying a hat online can be tricky, but getting the right size is easy if you follow these steps:
Get a soft tape measure. If you don't have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.
Measure around your head. Place the tape about 1cm above your ears and run it across the middle of your forehead and the bump at the back of your skull.
Check the chart.
Small: 54-55cm
Medium: 56-57cm
Large: 59-60cm
Extra Large: 61-62cm
The "In-Between" Rule: If you fall between sizes (e.g., 57.5cm), always size up to the Large. You can easily add a foam size reducer strip inside the sweatband for a perfect fit, but you cannot stretch a leather hat that is too small without professional tools.
