  •  How do i choose the right size? Please refer to our sizing information. If still unsure, contact our customer service team and we’ll assist.
  • What happens if my items are not available? We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do I find my order number? Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in the parcel with the products you’ve ordered. All order numbers start with "UBA"
  • How long after i place my order will it be shipped? All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of being received. Please note that shipping times are separate to dispatch times from the warehouse.
  • How do i track my order? You can track your order status by simply entering your tracking number which was supplied in your despatch notification email into the tracking details area on the Australia post tracking site. Please allow 24 hours from time of receiving the email for tracking to become live with Australia post.
  • Why was my order part shipped? We work with businesses across Australia to bring you a range of amazing products. All orders are all handcrafted and shipped directly from the companies to you.

Exchange & Returns

  • Can I exchange my Ugg Boots if they don’t fit? We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t right, that’s why we offer 30 day exchange and or refund. For full terms please refer to our exchange/returns policy.
  • Please note that due to health regulations we are unable to exchange or refund sheepskin and cowhide rugs.
  • What if i wish to cancel my order? To cancel an order, you need to contact us immediately. We can not cancel your order if it has already been shipped. 

Orders & payments

  • How long will it take for a refunded to appear in my account ? A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account
